underneath there should be a small trap door secured with a screw. With the laptop off, unscrew this door and remove the old chips by pushing out of the side clips. lift out old ones and insert new ones, paying attention to the slot in the chip lining up with the motherboard and then push in and lay it back. Put back trap door

Hi.

As the Computer is displaying an error message "Operating System not found", you may perform a BIOS reset and check if the issue is resolved.

1) To reset the BIOS, boot the Computer to the BIOS.
2) Once you are in the BIOS, please try pressing the F9 key.
3) The F9 key should be the shortcut key to reset the BIOS.
4) However, you will also have the option to reset the BIOS in any of the tabs in the BIOS main menu.

Please try performing the above steps which I have mentioned and let me know the results.

Hope this helps.

Please feel free to contact for further information and assistance.

sometimes there is a slide lock next to the hatch...

sometimes they hide screws under stickers, its an easy way to varify that the user didnt open the case. use a phillips on that inconspicuos round sticker.

Are you on battery mode?
If you are in battery mode, remove your laptop battery, plug in the adaptor to the laptop (without the battery) and plug to the power outlet. Turn on your laptop.

Are you sure you have all the screws out, there is a small plastic disc on the bottom of the laptop underneath the card slot, this needs to be removed to access a screw (obviously take out plastic blank in slot first).

And there is not much reason to dismantle LCD either.

What is it you are trying to do.
