Your problem is in the black developer (where the toner go inside the unit), I assume that you use compatible tone?! That the most common problem, you most likely will need to replace the imaging unit, as the black developer is part of it. You also can run an original toner and see if the problem will go away, I doubt it.

Here are the steps to replace the waste toner tank:
1. Turn the machine off, and then wait a few minutes for the machine to cool.
2. Open the front cover.
3. Pull the waste toner container out of the machine using its handle.
Note: Make sure that you lay the waste toner container on a flat surface so that the toner does not spill.
4. Remove the container's cap from the container as shown below, and use it to close the waste toner container opening.
Caution: Do not tilt or turn over the container.
5. Take a new waste toner container out of its package.
6. Insert the new container into position and then push it to make sure that it is firmly seated in place.
7. Close the front cover firmly.
Caution: If the front cover is not completely closed, the machine will not operate.
8. Turn the machine on.
Note: After rebooting, your machine will automatically reset the counter for the waste toner container.

Open Front lid and find the waste toner tank left of the cyan cartridge. Just pull the vertical handle to remove it. After littering the waste toner make sure that transparent windows of the tank are clean. There is a light barrier.

This is a mechanical motor failure. If the machine is still under warranty you definitely want to claim it under that. If it is not you will be much better off replacing the unit. Unfortunately it is more expensive to repair than it is to just replace. These Samsung units are notorious for these kind of problems. Personally I recommend you replace it with something like a Canon or HP... there is an amazing special going right now on this Canon from Amazon, only $86.87 with free shipping and no tax. In stores it's easily $150+. Plus this unit is much more compact, and is way more energy efficient, and more efficient with ink usage. I'd say just replace that printer unless you know it's under warranty. here is the one I am referring to for $86:
