hi first of all u should check ur transistor connections.Check your Horizontal and vertical output transistors.You should also check the horizontal and vertical yoke connections as well as your low voltage regulators.... if any of these got damaged u should purchase a new one.. but try to purchase with the help of a tv service assistant...thank u!!!

The stand can be removed by unscrewing six phillips-head screws from the back panel. A plastic insert plate is provided to cover the bottom hole that is left when removing the stand.

Thank you. I did solve my problem with some diligence. The instructions from Verizon were correct. I realized that there are two buttons on the Verizon universal remote that look alike - the "play" arrow and the "fast forward" double arrow. Once I used both of these buttons in the proper sequence, reprogramming the TV remote with the new code worked.

Try using the PROSCAN website customer support, to find the answer to you questions.www.oncorpus.com. You will need some type of adaptor from th coax output to the input of you system. For the wireless problem you may need two adapators one from the tv to you receivers and a sound output to wireless adapator. You need to take this television for a complete service check. You have had a problem with a power overload, either in the wall socket or in the television. This is a serious problem. Please follow these instructions, should fix the hum issue:

1. Turn tv on
2. Input mode should be tv
3. Turn volume to zero
4. With remote enter 9 8 7 6
5. A menu will appear on left side
6. Arrow down to backlight and with right arrow key move number from 81 to 83, press menu button twice,
7. Turn up volume and listen if hum is gone.

IMPORTANT THE LABEL SIDE OF THE DVD MUST FACE THE BACK SIDE OF THE TELEVISION 1. Press the ‘INPUT’ button to select ‘DVD’ mode, if no disc is inserted yet, the display shows ‘No Disc’.
2.Insert a DVD with the printed side facing towards the rear of the TV/DVD Player (see below)
3.The TV will first display ‘Loading’, then change to ‘DVD-video’. Most DVDs will show some preliminary
information then stop at a main menu screen.
4. Press PLAY/PAUSE to play it directly. Or press the DVD-MENU button to access the disc menu during
playback.
5.Use the direction button on the remote control to select the desired option. Press ENTER to select the
option or press the ► button. Playback will now commence.
6.After playback, press the EJECT button on remote control or EJECT button on TV/DVD to remove the
disc.

Ok I found it!  For the Proscan 32LB30Q from Costco, the 5-digit code for the Comcast remote is 00030, and the 4-digit code is 0030.
However, I still haven't found the code I need for the TiVo remote... but we're making progress.

No, you are going to need a digital to analog converter box. You can find these boxes at local electronic stores like Fry's and the Micro Center. You can also buy them on line at e-bay.com.
