hello,it's either a charging problem on the charging port, a charger problem or probably your battery could be faulty.i will advise you try to get someone who uses your kind of zen v mp3 player to test your charger and also your battery on the persons zen v mp3 player to help you know which of the accessories isv faulty.after you might ghave done this and you were able to locate the actual one that is faulty.i will then advise you to take it to an mp3 player specialist repairer to fix it up for you,or you can as well go to the store you got it from if they have a repair center.if you still have a warranty on it,you will be charged less for the repair since its not a factory fault.
In addition, please try as much as possible to see if the charger was well fixed to the socket or you probably try another socket in your home.
thanks,you are highly appreciated.
How do iget it to work with an apple computer
As far as I know, all new 'Creative' devices sync through their own software and/or through Windows Media Player. These programs only run on Windows, so I suggest that your only option is to install windows on your mac using 'parallels' 'vmware' or 'bootcamp'.
Google each of these names if you need more information.
Short answer: As far as I'm aware 'Creative' devices won't sync with Apple OSX.

Any way, you have not asked a question but a statement. But I just want to say that you don't have to conclude like that, knowing full well that the company can just spend the whole of their time making it only to make something that's not good. I believe they have others, I suggest you try others (say 3 or more) of the same product and then if the same problem persists. Then you can go ahead and even publish it.
Mp3 players stuck on line in recording
I had the same problem. I opened my zen V plus and noticed that the recording switch did not have the proper tactile feedback, which means the spring is somehow jammed and the contact blade can open or close the contact randomly. I scratched away the top half of the plastic casing (which was abnormally soft) and removed with a tweezer the tiny blade that closes the contact. I refit the whole thing back together and it works fine. Obviously the voice recording function is gone, but personally, I don't care...ht tactile feedback (spring not working properly. So I decided
Creative Zen MP3 won't charge with mains adaptor
Don't worry that doesn't mean that your mp3 player is faulty, if there is any fault it is from the charger but since the usb charges it well, just continue to use it. It doesn't mean the player is faulty, IT HAPPENS.
