Any decent repair shop could tackle this problem as I think it's just a bad soldering job. If it is still under warranty contact the firm that makes it. They will advise where to take it.

Sure, if your TV has some kind of audio outputs (and volume controls) for the "audio 5.1 inputs" you see in this picture.

You COULD adapt the probably-present stereo audio from your TV for use with the front channels . Stereo.

Possibel shifting of the frequency of the remote. You can remove the remote and check for fault in the Xtal . Solder the section including the remote controller IC. This can be also defective. If the fault is still repeating a further confirmation must be done on the system receiver before we can confirm to change the IC or the Xtal. Get help from a similar model to cconfirm if you can or else you must take the challenge of changing the IC. Try using a universal remote if it works. Hope you get this right . Good day

Yes. But for multichannel output you would need multichannel analog outputs on your source (laptop).

The whole process is documented here.

Try removing the wires to the subwoofer and then hook a "aa" battery to it and see if it makes a pop sound..this will tell you if speker is ok...if it is then I think the amplifier sectionj for the sub is what is blowing the fuses...you are probably right..it looks like it's a 1 A fuse...but if it's blowing right away..it may be circuitry related
