At&t 8525 to tmobile wing
NO you can't do that but you can unlock the CID and sim and then flash a custom hermes rom from xda-developer.com but first you need to run thi unlocker to unlock the sim and CID.
http://pof.eslack.org/hermes-unlocker/
Run this unlocker on your phone. Follow the instructions exactly. Don't
unlock the CID unless you planning on installing another custom rom
other than ATT on it.

Unlock cingular 8525
I don't think anyone here can give you a sim unlock code. Unless you want to pay for it you can buy from ebay.

YELLOW SMILEY AT TOP OF
That is indicating that you have turned on the PTT (Push To Talk) feature on the phone. The PTT feature is like you would see on a Nextel phone, operating like a walkie talkie. There is a button on the side of the phone that will have a PTT logo embossed on it. Push that button to activate the PTT feature.

Touch screen is completely not working ATT 8525.
contact the manufacturer or your cell phone provider about this error. They might of created a firm ware upgrade to provide a solution to this error.
Let us know if it continues or they do not have anything on file.
Thanks for your time!

8525 Red Light
Take the battery out then plug in the phone. The light should turn red, then reinsert the battery with it still plugged in. It should turn orange and start charging.

BLANK LIT-UP SCREEN
In the future, whenever you spill liquid on something electonic, unplug it immediately. If there was no electricity going through it at the time, you can usually let it dry for a day or two, and it should still work.

Qtek 9100
There would be a different form of the firm ware upgrade that would fit your latin american edition of this model. There is different things they have to do in order for it to work with your product in a different region. I've worked for an electronic manufacturer and found this out before.
Make sure to contact your provider in order to determine when there will be a new addition out for your region or if there is one if they would mail or e-mail it to you.
Let us know how that works out for you.
We appreciate your inquiry on your problem.

Camera not even working
See if you an delete some of the memory. My same phone would not allow me to enter it until there was some memory deleted or a memory stick attached to it in order to allow more memory.
Let us know how that works out for you. Good luck!

8525 smart phone screen
Have you dropped your phone a lot? some times that can smash the LED screen on your phone which will create the blog you are speaking of. I've seen that in a few phones, two were family members of mine. There was not really any way around it. If you have the replacement plan from your provider you'd be able to pay a small fee to fix it otherwise they will replace it if they cant fix it--depending on the plan and provider of course.
Also, make sure to recycle your phone to prevent lead/mercury from contaminating the land fills. There are various places you can do that even at your phone provider in case you need to get a new phone.
Let us know how things go for you!

8525 phone
Have you attempted to remove the battery and then put it back into the device after a full minute? Some times that can help reset the phone and then it will work properly.
If not--has your phone come near to water? Check your battery spot to see if it has or not. That might also do the same thing to your phone.
Let us know how that works out for you. We wish you good luck!

Cingular 8525 - white screen
I believe I've figured out what caused my white screen problem. I finally broke down and purchased a nice holster for my 8525. It had a magnetic catch to keep it closed. Within a couple of days I experienced my first white screen. I thought that was pretty wierd, but thought it must just need to be re-booted. Later that night the same thing happened. Throughout the weekend it happened many more times. I got on the internet to see if anyone else was having the same problem...OMG. In site after site the same thing; my 8525 has developed a white screen. I came across one where the writer mentioned that he had just purchased a case with a magnetic closure. I took mine out of the case I'd just purchased, changed the battery, and turned it back on. I have not had a white screen since. I'm back to a velcro closure forever! Good luck.

8525 Camera button
Go to Start -> Settings -> Personal -> Buttons
change the option for the camera button to 'None' or make it blank.
Now start the camera through regular start menu program list, see if that helps
