Sorry this tv can't be used.The whole tv electronic boards circuitries are design to used NTSC signal frequencies.Pal signal frequencies can't be inter changeable with NTSC signal frequencies.

screen driver has failed at some point. could be the out put side or the input side. try cleaning the connection at both ends see if it comes back right again. if not you may need a new one.

sounds like the main system has got a fault. think you will need to find the service code to go to the service menu. I don't know the service code for this model.

tried to re seat the cable at the t-con board which may have loose contact. if can not get with re seating, the t-con board has problem.
