How to remove and replace

Hi Adam,
I suspect that you are talking about the tray 2 pick up roller. Here are the directions for that:
1.)Remove paper tray
2.)Unlock left locking tab and rotate forward untill bushing slides off
3.)Remove black plastic roller retaining bracket
4.)Slide roller to the left untill right side of shaft clears the bushing
5.)Lift roller out of printer
6.)Place spring loaded end of roller shaft into left housing
7.)Slide roller to the right and rotate until roller locks into pickup shaft
8.)Reinstall black plastic roller retaining bracket. Left side first.
9.)Reinstall left bushing and lock into place

Let me know if you where sucessfull,

That sounds like to me that the pick up rollers are not pulling the paper. Replace the rollers.

When printing duplex the even pages print portrait

This could be a setting on the printer, in the driver on your computer, or the document you are printing. First, try printing a different document and see if the problem persists. Reset the printer to factory default settings, also referred to as a cold reset. HP has instructions on their website here: HP LaserJet 2300 Printer Series Resetting the Printer Cold Reset You can also go into the printer driver on your computer and reset settings there, or uninstall and reinstall the printer.

Hp laserjet p3005dn printer taking 3 papers

Your problem description is not clear, but based on experience I bet that your printer is taking three sheets of paper at a time. The pickup roller in tray 2 and the separation pad in the tray are probably worn out. They are easy enough to replace. You can verify that printer works properly by printing from manual feed tray and if that works ok then above solution is likely your fix.

Standard top bin full

there are four black plastic finger type actuators protruding from the exit rollers ( in the catch tray) these help push the paper down after exit from printer - in some cases where damp paper is common the curl generated by the fuser heat is enough to trip these \'Fingers\' into the position where the printer thinks the output tray is full to capacity do you ntoice when the paper leaves the machine if there is any curling in the paper if this is the case open a new ream of fresh paper and try again also the output tray full sensor is probably covered in dust/paper debris- removing the top cover will reveal the position of the sensor connected to the actuator arms clean and dust this to cure error ( assuming theres no damp paper)
