Are you getting a blank page out? Then your document may be upside down (it needs to be face down on the glass or face up in the ADF). If you are not getting any output but get an insufficient memory error, you may not have enough memory available for the chosen resolution. Try using the prescan feature and adjust your resolution to a lower one.

Is the light coming on and the scanner imaging system moving? Does scanning work from your computer? Since this all-in-one doesn't appear to have a scanner lock (to protect it during travel), the machine may need professional maintenance from Samsung.

A lot of times, you can use google and search the exact problem and printer model number, I just had a similar problem with Windows, you may need to update a driver.

probally the drum, it is inside the toner cartridge. is it a mfg toner,refilled or maybe aftermarket? these aftermarket ones don't always work. it could be a transfer corona problem but the three lines lead me to the toner drum

there are sensors that tell the machine the paper is jammed us a q-tip to clean them, remove the toner cartridge and check under that area when cleaning the sensors.
