Is there any way I can clear up a blurry picture
On TV shows, they can take a blurry picture and enhance it to crystal clarity. In real life, however, those kinds of miracles aren't possible. In a photo editing program like Photoshop Elements, you can bring up the sharpness a little but you eventually reach a point where the picture no longer looks like a normal picture. The slogan is "garbage in...garbage out"...meaning you can only do so much to what you have to work with.
My panasonic lumix dmc-ls75 say my pictures will
Go into the camera's menu and find "format"....follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Your card should work properly after that. If not, your card may be corrupted. If so, download the pics from it to your computer and then, format the card in the camera to get it to work again.
MY DMC LX5 REAR DIAL WILL NOT WORK
Spray contact cleaner in the dial after you take out the battery and the card. Blow air inside with an air blower bulb, then rotate the dial for a minute or so. Let the contact cleaner dry, then repeat the process. You're using the air blower bulb to blow out any dirt, then the contact cleaner to clean the contacts. It will work. Make absolutely sure that the battery is OUT before you do this, and make sure you do NOT get ANY contact cleaner on the lens or the LCD!
Camera closes when turned on
This happens when there is a serous error in the camera. Shutting it down and switching it on, it allows the camera to start its program again.
If it does not help, try to remove the battery and after a minute or so replace it. Sometimes recharging of the battery will help too, but I can't promise that.
Lumix closes when turned on from drop
The message please turn camera off and then on again appears when the camera is not operating properly. So the manual says.
If the message persists you should contact the dealer or nearest service centre. But first you could check if you can see any damage. Check if the lens is not stuck. Remove the battery for a little while before you again try to switch on. Also check if the memory card is still in place and the battery door and memory card door are closed correctly.
If nothing helps you could contact the service centre or think of buying as new camera?
Photos will not download to
Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.
I can't download the pictures
It's very hard to troubleshoot software problems online, and it likely is a software issue. But why put up with the headaches of bad software in the first place? Please see this link
, as it describes the use of a USB card reader as a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos. Note that USB card readers are also VERY inexpensive (some places less than $2 online with shipping):
When I turn on my DMC-LS75, it displays this
Never heard of that brand name, all memory cards work by the same set rules. Check to see if memory is installed wrong. Check to see if it is compatible with your camera. Inretrospec, I would have to suspect it's a bad PCB in your camera.
I have my camera attached
For the camera to be recognized it needs to be turned on and the computer, if Windows, needs the correct driver installed for the camera to be recognized.
Trying to get video off
Simplest way is often to take the memory card out and insert it into a card reader attached to the computer. Most cameras will act as a card reader if attached to the computer by a USB lead, but this can depend on the operating system of the computer, which may need driver software to be installed.
