How do i get the memory off my cam I didnt have
it should have a switch to enter setup, and up/down buttons...you should be able to find a menu item that reads "delete all memory...no;toggle to yes and select...wait...done...go back to main setup screen...you've done it!

I HAVE A MOULTIE DGW-100 AND THE BATTERY SAYS LOW
never had much luck with 6v lantern bats...drain too fast.Moultrie estimates 20 day life...less if you're getting a lot of events...I recommend the "equivelent"..6v, 4AH or higher rating...
The SD card may be "locked". Check that small switch on side of card is pushed toward contact strips.

Green tint on flash photographs
without color correction software on your pc, you may get green tint from the flouresent flash, or use a "filter" over your lens.More expensive digital cams correct for this, back in the 35mm days, I had color correction filters I interchanged during shooting under other than daylight conditions,i.e., incadescent; flourescent;ect.

Moultrie D 4.0 continous exposures
..your not in "Interval Mode", are you?? IF your cam is set to start an "interval @ say 2400hrs( midnight) and to take pics every 1 min./5 min/;ect., IT WILL!
Make sure you're in "AUTO MODE"...It's easy to accidently hit the mode switch when moving the power switch from off to on..(I didn't find this out by reading a book...)

Moultrie DGW-100 won't read sd card
check small switch on side of SD card; should be pushed toward contacts.Using the USB cable provided with cam, PC SHOULD RECOGNIZE DEVICE...might have to go thru windows explorer to find it, then use windows media player, or other, to open.
You are running 98 or later, right?
