the mattress support, for FREE. If yours is not on the recall list simply call Dorel and ask
if they can email instructions to you or possibly mail them to you.

Yes.. It has been recalled you need to call 1-800-295-1980 the recall dept # is 1-866-762-2304. I have the same crib and just found out because the drop rail broke!

hi Alan i hope this will be of some use to you, as depending on where you live, they could be under a different brand name, i think the only way you can get the parts is to contact them, i have hunted for Dorel parts and all i got was this site that is attached click link http://dorel.com/product.htm#juvenile
as you will see they are a bit lack's in what they want to advertise on thier site, so you will have to contact them direct, hope this helps you...
