No input signal hdmi
Make sure the HDMI connection is secure. Madke sure it is on the correct input. Turn on the peripheral first, i.e. dvd, cable box, etc. then turn on the tv. If you still have problems, test whether or not the HDMI cable is bad by trying with another device. If okay, make sure the device or peripheral works with a different type cable. Try to change the inputs from HDMI input 1 to say HDMI input 2, etc. If you can't get HDMI to work just switch it to component. HDMI video is not Superior to component it just affords one to have true 5.1 surround sound broadcast.
When i turn it on

They were bankrupt but the leftovers may still be available.
Universal remote
It seems after months of looking the code for this remote, I have had no luck, so I bought a universal remote that "learns" from the original remote. That is the only way that I have been able to solve this problem.

Is this a new condition?
Or has it operated differently in the past?
If you are connected to any kind of box (satellite for example), there is only one channel that the TV sees; usually 3 or 4.
The channel changes are limited to the box.
