This is a PEST (Print Engine Self Test) error = Printhead Left jetstack disconnect. The Left Jetstack is not drawing the expected power from the power supply. Devices sharing the printer's AC outlet or circuit, such as another printer, coffee maker, space heater, may be placing intermittent demand on the AC circuit. This sudden demand creates a momentary AC voltage sag that causes the PEST test to fail. Verify the AC power source prior to replacing any parts for this error. Xerox recommends this printer be plugged directly into the wall outlet and not into a surge protector, battery backup or multi-outlet strip.
