Remove all batteries. Install batteries in outside unit and allow time for it to begin sending temperature. Install batteries in inside unit. You should see outside temperature displayed. If not, the outside unit could be defective.

Hi check if you're spark plugs are the correct heat range....check air cleaner try giving the motor a compression leak test if this doesn't work the carburettor probably needs a good clean .

To answer your question you need to indicate the make and model of your anemometer (the name for the device which measures wind speed.) You can add that information by clicking or tapping on Comment and typing in the information.

Pretty much all meters don't need instructions. It tells you what they do on the dial. You just need to put a battery in them.
