By the way, it will erase everything that is currently on your mp3, but it does work. I couldn't use my player for months, until I found a solution.

i had a problem like that once all you have to do is format your mp3 player go into media player under the sync tab and click format only problem is that you have to put all your songs back on it again

umm bad idea to throw the MANUAS. but some websites have downloadable manuals just go on google and look for a site. if not u can download a program caled UTORRENT, open the program go in the search box, and type in manuals,pick the brand and you cud get it

take it back if under warranty if not try your charger while conected to pc and see what happens ? if it still do the same thing then it needs fixing ?

Do you know the File format that the phone uses? Sometimes they use MIDI or WMA. If it is MP3, Try downloading some free software, try the pirate bay website and teorrent yourself bitpim or IMto3gp. these are Cell phone programs good at converting files and syncing them. If the Memory is removable like an MICRO SD, pick up a USB media port that lets you plug the Memory card directly into you PC via USB and just drag and drop your MP3's as if its a Pin Drive, Put back in fphone and should work. Just make sure you drop it in the right folder.
