You probably have a bad battery that needs replacement, if more than two years old it should be checked.

Try to go to the recovery console rather than restoring to a prior date. This will get it back to factory state to remove the virus, in my experience.

First we will create the new folder where the pictures will be moved to:
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Click on Computer
3. Double-click on the C drive
4. Double-click on Users
5. Double-click on your user name
6. Double-click on Desktop.
7. Once you are in the Desktop, right-click on a blank white area (not on an icon) then select Create > New Folder.
8. Call the folder "Picture Backup" or any other significant name. (Do not close the windows since we will need it later) in step 11
Now we will move the pictures from the old folder to the new one:
9. Click on the START button then click on Pictures
10. Click on one picture and then go to Edit > Select All. This will highlight all the files in this folder.
11. Right-click on one of the selected files then select Cut
12. Go back to the folder we created in step 7 and
13. Right-click and paste the contents we Cut from the Pictures folder.
Now, restart your computer and try the OrbiCam application again. This should allow your OrbiCam application to work again.

How Do I Change the Primary Master HDD User Password?

Prior to loading an operating system, your computer will first execute the BIOS program. The BIOS has an extra password feature, called the hard disk drive (HDD) user password, that can't be bypassed and provides a layer of defense to keep your data secure. To change an existing HDD user password you will have to load the BIOS menu, which is only accessible during the computer's operating system reboot procedure.

Instructions

1. Close any windows that are currently open on your computer. Eject any discs inserted into the optical drive and disconnect any peripheral USB devices.

2. Open the "Start" menu and select "Shut Down." Turn on your computer once the operating system finishes shutting down.

3. Press the key your computer uses to load the BIOS menu. For example, with Dell computers tap "F2" when the "Press F2 for Setup" option appears. Press the "Access IBM" key on IBM laptops or "F10" on HP desktops.

4. Navigate to the BIOS tab that contains the HDD password option, which will usually be the "Security" tab. Some computer manufactures instead include the password option in the "Advanced" tab.

5. Scroll down to the option labeled either "User Password" or "BIOS lock" and hit "Enter." Type the current master HDD user password when the prompt appears and press "Enter."

6. Input a new HDD user password and hit "Enter" again. Navigate to the BIOS tab labeled "Exit" or something similar.

7. Move over to the "Save and Exit" entry and press "Enter." Select "Yes" and tap "Enter."

I have an acer 5630 and my brightness key is over on the far right bottom side of my keyboard 2 keys for brightness and 2 keys for the volume

and i hold down the Fn key down on the bottom left of my keyboard as well as the brightness up key that should brighten your screen for you i hope it works for me

and the same for the volume

i not sure but ill try to help all bios password user

This usually happens when the metal USB housing becomes damaged from being bumped or jammed into the PC causing the ground pins from the housing to shear and separate. These will need to be resoldered back in place.

Sounds like the hard drive is having problems. Try running CHKDSK to check for errors and a good anti virus programme if that has no effect, try saving your data to another drive before it is lost and then fit a fresh hard drive loading your programmes back on.
It is a laborious task but better than losing all of your stuff!

there is always a cell on the motherboard, remove it and place it back, this will reset / finish all the passwords on the pc

Try holding the function key down and pressing the up triangle on the bottom right between the Euro and Dollar keys.

have you tried to hold down FN and press the right arrow key

you cant sorry. you will have to take it to a computer repair shop to be done. my local easy pc would charge about £100 to do this.really sorry.

There is a wireless button on your keybord platform area. Have you tried pushing it? It should have a little upright stick with commas on either side on the button (to look like a wireless signsl tower)?

You will need to reinstall OS to reset this password.
