Dear pl. check the power supply(SMPS), It can repairable, mostly the electrolytic capacitor for power storage gets damage. Also it may be replaced with a new one. Thanks.

There is a lot of problems that can cause the light to turn red, such as paper jam, low toner, full waste toner tank, etc. The only real way to know what the printer is detecting is to use the smartpanel utility program. It should be able to tell you what the printer fault.

I played around with mine for a few weeks and could not find a simple fix. The printer was GREAT, until it wasn't. Repair cost was more than replacement, so it was time for a new printer. I sold my extra ink carts on CL. Sorry this isn't much help....

I get the same message on my Samsung Xpress C410w wifi connected printer. No cable to replace - now what ?

Remove the waist toner bottle which is on the right of the drum as the cover is opened. Suggest emptying it inside a plastic bag to avoid breathing any of the toner dust. If you have time to make sure the container is dry inside, it may also be washed out with warm water and dried completely.

Unfortunately unable to help on this occasion. I no longer have the samsung printer and did not experience the problem described.

your ink have been spoiled re-install the cadrige that you can print

it's sounds like something is getting loose as printer attempt to print, check all the door, are any of the door becomes loose as printer try to print ?

IF the space between lines is about 7.6 cm then the drum in the toner unit is deffictive

I have the same problem. It says "End of life, replace with new black toner cartridge-K407 (CLT-K407S)" But I have just replaced the cartridge with a compatible cartridge few weeks ago and havent used it much so it should be almost full. And it was working after I replaced original cartridge with compatible one...Any help???

Go to http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/CLP-300/ELS-downloads?isManualDownload=true and select Drivers from the left hand menu - this will show a choice of drivers to use with all supported operating systems including Windows 7.
