Blinking light
These problem is actually occare during printer cartrige failior. I think you should need to replace your printer cartrige with new one or two.

Hp deskjet d2360 power led
Try removing and reinserting the cartridges.
Remove and reinsert the USB Cable from the back of the printer.
Unplug the power cord and plug it back in from the back of the printer.
If the printer is still turned off use the power button to turn it on.
There might be documents that are stuck on the queue. So in order for you to remove that.
Type services.msc on the run command if you OS is a Windows XP. If it's Vista or 7. Type it in the search box on your start menu.
Look for Print Spooler under the list of services.
Right Click on the Print Spooler, Click Stop
Right Click on the Print Spooler again and click Start.
Restart the computer.
Try Printing again. ^_^

My hp 2360 wont print,
Make sure that cable to printer is attached and if printer still shows offline then in control panel for the printers make sure that you right click and choose Use Printer Online
What the flashing light means
The Power light can flash for several reasons:
? The printer cover is open.
? The printer is out of paper.
? A problem exists with the printer, such as a paper jam or a problem with a print
cartridge.

When i click the printer it does'nt print the
Click Start and then go to Printers and Faxes (XP), Printers(Vista), Devices and Printers(Win 7)
1. Right Click on your printer Icon
2. Click Open or See What's Printing
3. Click the option that says Printer on the upper left corner of the window that pops up.
4. Make sure the only thing that is checked under that menu is Set As Default Printer.
5. If Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing has a check mark. Uncheck it.
Try printing again. I hope this helped.

Start printing again after a paperjam
open the printer top, and pull the paper out which is stuck. then you will find a button near led display on the printer .press tht and close the top lid...ur printer will work fine.
if not then cut the power of printer, restart it.

The printer has an SMPS unit and can be faulty. You will need to open the printer and the power supply unit is housed at the point of the plug in of the power plug. Take the unit out, if the fuse is blown , check for short in the suge protector, the rectifiers, the filter capacitors or the SM driver,/ IC. replace the shorted component and the fuse .
The Sm transformer is a rare case too.but if there is short at the secondary section , the same issues of the power cut off can happen. So if primary side is Ok check on the sec. side disconnect to bring power back and trace.
