I have a toshina satellite A135-S2386. When i

I see you mobo sold and has soldered down coin cell, not easy to fix that. ( I can )
but not easy.
bottom right side of mobo, blue color.
I unsolder that battery , and all other batteries out and AC pack out.
and wait 1hour , then put it back (test it for proper voltage) and then see if PW is cleared
older PCs can clear PW this way.

Cd rom is found
Here are solutions:
- Buy a drive cleaning CD/DVD, those from dollar store may also work, clean the drive a few times and it should read CD/DVD.
- Alternatively look at the Toshiba support drivers for firmware update to your specific drive. Make sure you do get all the recommended and critical Toshiba updates. Check it here: http://support.toshiba.com/support/home
