Wont copy songs to mp3 player because of write protection

To adjust the copy protection setting on your ripped music files,
  1. Open the Tools tab at the top of your Windows Media Player.
  2. Select Options and then select the Rip Music tab.
  3. Under this menu, you will be able to choose the type of music file as well as the quality with which you would like to save the music.
  4. Make sure the box next to Copy protect music is left unchecked.
Your GPX player has the ability to play music files in both the MP3 and WMA format. Make sure to use MTP when transferring copy-protected WMA files.

How can i see the songs on my mp3 player?

Uninstall the GPX software and then reinstall it - the new installation will take the new version of Media Player into account.

4. From the left pane of this Sync feature, you can select from Playlists or Library and you will see the content of these folders in the center pane.
5. Select the songs or entire albums from the center pane.
6. Drag these songs or albums into the Sync List, which is the right pane of the Sync feature.
7. Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.

How can I get real

You cannot do it directly. You have to convert the RealPlayer videos to AVI format first. Better to use the media converter program that came on the player's installation CD...

What????

The easiest way to back up your songs is to connect the mp3 player to the computer. Double-Click on "My Computer". Double-click on the GPX icon. Double click on the music folder. Then, right-click your desktop and select New --> Folder. Choose a name for your folder. Drag the songs from the Music folder to the new folder you have just created.

Not able to add pics

Pictures can be uploaded to you MP3 player using the Media Manager software on the Software Application provided for your MP3 player. Once the software is installed, go to the Start menu on your computer then under Programs to MP3 Player Utilities and select Media Manager. Your MP3 player must be in USB Disk mode before transferring pictures.

How do i remove gpx 3837 from my windows media and format

The songs are not in the right format for your player. I would use DRM-free Mp3 files only, which can be obtained from Limewire, Spiral Frog, or some other music service. Since the transfer did not fully complete, you may have to do additional troubleshooting on your device. Reset your mp3 player first to see if that resolves any lingering issues.

My mp3 play is not working.

First I would connect my MP3 to the internet then I would reformat it. then try to download your songs again. I would also try to use an sd card loaded with MP3 music to review the MP3. This is the main reason I bought this MP3 myself. I download audio books on sd cards.
