Hi Maxi-Cosi do not produce the adapters for the carseat to be used with Mamas & Papas chassis. Adapters would be designed, tested, approved and sold from Mamas & Papas. If the adapters do not fit the carseat they need to investigate this for you. The CabrioFix carseat is only one model and regardless of date of manufacture all Maxi-Cosi adapters for CabrioFix are the same. (For using Maxi-Cosi carseat on Maxi-Cosi pushchair chassis)

Hi Grip the grey section on the support leg. Under this grey section you will feel buttons on either side. Grip the buttons tightly to depress to extend or shorten the support leg.

Hi Manufacturing date is found on the orange and white label on the carseat shell / underside of the carseat base if applicable. The attached image shows how to read the information found on this sticker.

Hi On the carseat shell you'll find an orange and white sticker which shows manufacture date. It is recommended that carseats with integral harness are replaced once they reach 5-6 years old. Replacement Recommendation for Older Carseats Carseat Bases

Hi To determine whether the carseat is a suitable fit you should take the vehicle to an authorised Maxi-Cosi retailer and ask for a carseat fitter trained member of staff to provide a physical fitting prior to purchase.

What model? Did you take it apart to clean it? If so, look towards the back of the owners' manual for instructions. Hi Stuart The carseat harness can be replaced, but due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted we cannot supply the harness as a spare part for you to fit yourself. The seat will need to come in for our engineers to provide replacement of the harness.
