It seems to be an issue with the printer drivers on the computer,You need to check for any
queued documents,if they are there,if yes,delete them,if not go ahead and unintsall the printer drivers from the controlpanel>printers and faxes and then restart your computer and then try a plug and play if its a USB printer or if its a network printer check for the ip
address on the printer as well as the computer,they shuld be the same on both or it will not work,this should resolve your concern.

Logic says replace the black cartridge...AGAIN!! However, you can put the machine in 'disable cartridge check' mode which is found in the diagnostics menu. This will allow you to remove/interchange cartridges to help identify problem cartridges. Most importantly this will allow you to identify whether you have a black cartridge slot problem which makes it a machine problem or whether you just have a bad cartridge. First thing I would do is run the machine without the black cartridge and see if noise disappears. Good luck!!

Juliet. Most likely the scanner lamp, or scanner control unit assembly is defective. If you're technically savvy, you could remove the scan glass and lube the shaft that the scan lamp assy slides on. Sometimes that will fix it. Otherwise, the whole top scan unit will need replacing. That could cost over $300 for the replacement.

HP Printers are beneficial for personal and professional use, we can easily print flawlessly without any troubles though some issues like language default should be resolved as soon as possible. If you want to select language default on the control panel, you are supposed to move to printer option of control panel and then select Printer setup. In case you are not able to fix it you must take expert's assistance. In this type of situation, we do need the assistance of the experts and technicians to fix all our problems. Guys, its easy.. I found a little piece of paper after seeking calmly. It was on the paper pulling system when collecting from the tray. See the pic, it was right whee i'm pointing with my tool. It was locking one of the sensors around there. See in the third image where my tool is pointing.. Its exactly inside and very difficult to see.. And one more thing.. You'll have to unscrew the upper cover to see it.. Good luck
