As lots of cribs-stage from Storkcraft, your bed instructions are permanently attached on the board, below the mattress. And for the almost beds, the mattress frame has to be purchased separately, to convert it to a full size bed.

You have to unscrew the brackets from the front and back or sometimes they are on the sides of the crib and then lower the base. Then you will have to screw them back in

any hardware store will have the parts you need; just take a sample bolt and, nut to them and, they will find them for you. these are not a special part exclusive only to your crib.

Vancouver-based manufacturer Stork Craft is voluntarily recalling more than a million baby cribs in Canada and the United States over a potential suffocation hazard.
The cribs were manufactured in Canada, China and Indonesia between May 2000 and November 2008, the company said in a release.

Apparently in the garbage...but seriously,please call them. You may be entitled to free parts or replacement.

I would suggest checking cpsc.gov to check for possible recalls as this manufacturer has recalled over 500000 units recently due to a defect in the mattress support which can be fatal. To answer your question you can call the company at 877-274-0277 to order any parts or instrustions you may need for your model.
