The problem is that i can not use this camcorder
You can add a video light to the camera.
Don't worry if there is no SHOE attachment as you can buy a accessory adaptor that will give you a mount point. These screw into the tripod hole.
Low or no light will cause any camera to play havoc with focus.

This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. You can try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.

Need driver for panasonic nv-gs27
You might be connecting the Camcorder using USB interface. The drivers for USB streaming is not available for Vista and Windows 7..
Operating System also matters..
If you're using XP OS, you can install the driver from supplied CD and use Windows Movie Maker to transfer the recordings using USB interface.
Vista, Windows 7 - You need to use i.LINK or A/V interface to transfer the recording. When using i.LINK with Vista, you can use the Picture Motion Browser software.
I think this will definitely help you to connect the Camcorder..

I've tried to install Motion
I right clicked on the CD in windows explorer and hit "open". I then ran each of the setup files individually after right clicking and hitting "run as admin". this seems to have worked.
