Hi there if you can access the manufacturer website you should download the software available for your device, this should solve the problem.Simply go to the website and look for your model of palm and follow the steps.

it is a problem with the display IC of your mobile , not with the screen . its minor and a warranty will cover it up . or if u don't have the warranty get it repaired at a local mobile store.

you have to hardreset your phone it will wipeout your all the data. but it will work
1. Disconnect the Treo from a charger or USB cable.
2. Remove the battery cover and take out the battery.
3. Press and hold Power/Endwhile you insert the battery.
4. When the screen lights up with the logo appears, releasePower/End.
5. Press Up when the Erase all data? prompt appears.
6. Press Up to confirm the hard reset.
7. Go through the steps of setting up the device again by picking a language and calibrating the stylus.


Now your Treo 755p is hard reset.

This sounds like one of your databases is corrupted. EAS is supposed to disable syncing calendar and contact syncing via cable.
Try doing a cable sync disabling each conduit one at a time to determine which database is corrupted.

the default is always one of these code try them all the last four digits of the phonenumber last programmed in the phone aka your number or 9999,1234,4321,0000,1111 if none of those work you can go the retail store for a flash they hook it to the computer and push software to the phone to correct the issue it takes five mins and its free its a common issue for them to correct if you change your lock code from the default in the future always set up a dummy contact with it in there so that you can easily look it up also please vote for me I'm trying to work my way up to expert level and I cant without your vote please

Sounds like the screen last seen at the factory. Hopefully, you have a recent backup. I'd suggest you do a hard reset, which will wipe out all the data on your Palm. Then, restore the data.

To perform a hard reset:

Remove the battery cover from the unit. While holding the power button down, remove the battery, replace the battery and then remove again. When the 'Access Powered' screen appears, release the power button. The phone will then prompt you with asking if you wish to erase all data or not. Choose Yes to erase data. The phone will then proceed to reset itself. Once this process is done, you will be prompted to set up phone like new. Now, sync your phone to receive your contact information, settings etc.

Do a hard reset. It fixed mine.

in alaram setting keep alaram all the day so you can get the alaram daily

find its menu (you may know batter) go to setings than security than restore factory setings if does'nt solves switch off your cell remove battery and keep remain the situation for 24 hours you may sure get sucsess

takie out the batters then put them back in.

the only way to unlock the device is to do a hard reset but it will erase all the info in the device :\

Follow the steps below on how to hard reset.

it can be unlocked by calling your carrier and they will give you the infomation unlock code as long as the account is current and not delienquent if canceled it will cause some of the features not to work on the device

Hi, there is no cause for alarm because what you are currently experiencing is either technically called "partial contact" in this field. Whenever you touch the memos, the phone reboots which means the memos is having a contact with the power button. Or secondly it might be a software related problem. This can range from incompatible third party application, corrupt data, too much data or a corrupt ROM. which i will recommend a hard reset but the hard reset will erase all data from your phone and restore all settings to default. When you see the first screen (the orange one) hold the UP button as the bar moves across the bottom of the screen. Let go right before the screen goes to the silver logo. If it continues and opens Prefs, then you need to delete the program causing it to reboot. If that doesn't work, do a Hard Reset. A Hard Reset will erase everything on your Treo, so only do it if you have to. Google how to and it will work perfect.

On my treo 755p the speaker icon is missing. I can not take or make calls...no one can hear me.What can i do to fix it?
