That is a process motor failure, replace the process motor camshaft kit, part number WCC2424-Z2. The printhead is unable to tilt.

C-0 declares that the size of the document you are trying to print is incorrect with the paper size you have in your machine's tray. To remove the error, press the red button on the control panel and check the size of the document within the printing properties. If the papre size of the document and the paper in the tray are correct then try to use another tray or bypass tray. If the problem still persists, call for service.
The paper paths on these types of printers work in a simalar maner not knowing where your jam is is going to be a bit difficult.
Does the paper tray lifting gear on the rear of the paper tray work correctly, remove the tray and load with paper. There should be a gear on the rear of the tray, turn it with your hand and the paper should lift. If that doesn't work, check for broken lifting gears on the tray. Alternately if the trays don't have lift gears then if lifting is done internally in which case try to look if the paper has been raised up to the feed rollers. Before you remove the tray you have to look inside and investigate.
In my experience a difficult to find piece of paper usually cause the problem.
Good luck with the problem.
Can you try the following, if the tray can be swapped for another does that work correctly, if that works then the lift gear on the rear of the tray is broken. Check the following look for a small flag sensor can pass through the tray when there's no paper in the tray at all!. Good luck!
There is a failure with the Documents Feeder or ADF. There really aren't many parts sold separately for that unit, it would just need to be replaced, the part number is 004K07270.

Sounds like someone requested A4 size paper in a print job instead of the normal Letter size paper...
Try putting regular letter size paper in the bypass tray and then set it up as A4 size...the print job should then print out on that paper.
You need to remove the ADF, the lower scanner, the output tray, both side covers, the ink loader assembly. The rest gets fairly intricate, if you can provide your e-mail I will be happy to e-mail you the instructions with diagrams.
That error signifies that the printhead is stuck in the tilted position, there's a problem with the cam or the pivot plate. It can be fixed by replacing the camshaft pivot plate kit, part number WCC2424-Z1.
That error means that the printhead is stuck in the tilt position. Probably a broken camshaft, or pivot plate, they come in a kit, the part number is WCC2424-Z1. Replacing that part will fix that problem.
The printer will have to be network connected. Connect it to a router with a standard ethernet cord. Plug one end of the cord into the printer and the other into any LAN port on the office router. Have a computer find any network connected printers. If you're a running Windows, this will likely be in Start->Devices and Printers->Add a printer. Let it search and install drivers for your printer and it should be set. Repeat this find process on any other computers you wish to connect.
