Brother MFC-3360C cyan ink cartridge replace ment
On the front of the cartridge there is a sight tube for the ink, the fax shines a light through this tube to detect the ink.
I wraped a piece of paper around the tube to block the light beam on all the cartridges.
I dont need a processer to tell me if the machine is out of ink, I can work thay out when it stops printing!!
Now tell me you are out of ink you peice of electronic ****.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
I am having a problem as well. I can't use the Fax either. Very difficult to see th jammed paper. Followed all instructions, but unable to clear the jam.

Brother MFC3360C paper drawer will not open
remove the paper tray
remove the jam clear cover in the back.
Lift the Pull In Roller
Holder Assembly with a
credit card.
be careful not to lift too much
While lifting the Holder
Assembly, pull the tray
free from the machine
lubricate the right side with a little bit grease where the vshape is located on the tray

No cartridge
Could you please give some more details:
Do you use gerneric ink instead of the original ones?
When did you get the error code? During normal condition or after a cart change?
This info will quite increase the range of solving suggestions!

It seems not compatible
Please confirm are you using Windows Vista 32 bit or 64 bit

I guess you mean NO cart:
Take out all carts and reinsert them. Make sure that you have locked the levers in front of the carts.
