Visit the Lexmark website using the links below to download and install the Lexmark X2695 drivers for Windows 7. Before downloading, check your version of Windows 7 if it's 32-bit or 64-bit. Go to Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the Service Type.

Unfortunately there's no Windows 7 driver for this printer, but you can still install it in compatibility mode. Download the Windows Driver from HERE, and follow these instructions [click HERE.] Let me know if you need further help.

Lexmark has discontinued this printer and last Operating system supported was xp. I have found site that says that they have windows 7 drivers but have never used this site before. i would scan all the files for possible viruses just in case.

Now on contrary this Microsoft site says that windows 7 does not need drivers installed form a CD because it will automatically install what it needs. You might have to reboot after plugging in usb. I"t says it is same for 32 bit and 64 bit version.

One card is not recognized. Try to remove, clean contacts on the cartridge and the printer and then put them back.
