Likely the converter is on channel 3 and TV is 4 or opposite.

OR

It was setup to use composite video signal and you need change TVs input source from ANTENNA to COMP A/V

During setup of my sylvania SPAT102-B converter box i pressed the wrong button and now all i get is a snowey picture and not able to see the menu display how can i reset the converter box and remote?
