Tv blinks 7 times wont come on was fine last night

Right now your TV is in Protection Mode because of a failed part inside the TV. The 7 blinks should be an error code for helping to diagnose the faulty part. I don't have the repair manual for your TV model to tell you what the code means. But, I'm sure it's a power supply board related issue.
If you have some electronic experience, you can sometimes find a Service Manual over the internet for less than $20. It will have schematics, diagrams, error code list, and part numbers for the TV. Most cases the part can be found by searching over the internet by the part number.

When i connect my hp laptop to my panasonic plasma

Hi, you probably won't get audio from the HDMI port on a laptop post the exact model so I can check for you, you can get an adapter from the audio out to the in on the TV, as for the resolution, lower the resolution on the laptop before connecting it, simply right click the mouse anywhere on the desktop, then left click on properties then settings, then pull the resolution level to 800x600 save by clicking apply and OK , try a few settings to get the highest resolution the TV can display correctly.
Thanks

Panasonic TH 50 Z700E

The problem can be a lose solder joint or a bad component on audio board or on signal board on TV, if it happens with more than one movie , it does not look it can depend from the media.

If you take the back cover out you may invalidate warranty.

If the TV is less than one year old , insist to validate the warranty.

If the shop does not want to replace the TV , contact Panasonic to validate warranty and cover repair. They will give you instruction on how to arrange repair.

Panasonic USA Support - Contact Us

Note: if the damage had been done by hurting the TV on transport , the warranty will not cover the repair.

How connect Panasonic TH-50PX75U to PC?

You have to have a couple of things to make this work: 1) a PC with DVI or HDMI output, 2) a video card capable of 1280x720 resolution and 3) a video card driver/utility capable of correcting for overscan.

I have my laptop connected to one of the HDMI inputs via a DVI-to-HDMI cable. I have Windows at 1280x720 resolution on the DVI port (the external monitor). I set this through Control Panel-> Display. Once I did this I was able to see my PC desktop on my TV. The only problem then was the desktop was cutoff on all side. To fix this it was a bit more of an adventure and this solution would only work if you have an ATI Radeon video card.

I installed ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC). In CCC, it recognized that I was connected to a Panny 50" plasma. Than enabled the DTV settings. Under those settings I put the video card into 720p@60Hz mode. I then had to create a custom format to shrink the screen to fit my Panny display. I then saved this as the default setting for the Windows desktop. Whenever Windows boots it runs CCC and sets this setting for me.

I hope that helps! It can be done and it looks great.

My plasma panasonic wont turn on

If you have 10 blinking red lights it is a problem with the DG board on the inside....replace this board and It will take care of any possible 10 blink issues.....

Caution: If you replace this board chances are it may happen again....go on ebay and get one for $25 to $80 and put it in yourself.....This is a known issue that Panasonic denies....

retail price is about $380 to $480 for a new one......dont do it!

How to conect a pc to a panasonic plasma th50px75u?

Panasonic didn't make it a simple matter to connect a computer to this TV since they didn't include a VGA input connector. You can still do it, but it will require some adapters or changes to your PC.

If you're using a laptop, you have two options. If the laptop offers an s-video output, you can use a suitable cable from there to one of the set's s-video inputs. If there's no s-video output, the other option is to purchase a VGA-to-component breakout cable, available at a number of online vendors (search with Google). This cable has the VGA connector to the computer on one end, and 3 RCA plugs at the other end. You would use this cable into one of the set's component video inputs.

With a desktop PC, you can still use one of those two options. In addition, there may be a DVI video output connector available as well. This is not common on computers with integrated video, but is frequently found on many newer expansion video cards. If your computer has this connector (or you install a new video card with one), you can use a DVI-to-HDMI adapter and connect an HDMI cable to one of the set's HDMI inputs. Many video cards with DVI outputs include one of these adapters already.

So while it's not going to be simple, it's certainly possible to connect your PC to this TV.

Inference lines across screen on upper channels

The problem is actually not likely to be the set. The symptoms you are seeing are usually caused by a bad ground connection somewhere in the cable run. Check the connectors at both ends of the cable to be sure that they are secure. There is an open ground somewhere in the signal path. If you have cable or satellite, it could be outside the house as well.

Video mode

I have the same TV and it is connected to the Video 1 ports on the back of the TV. As long as the TV input is set to Video 1 (or whatever you've renamed it to), it works perfectly. Good luck!
