pull out cassette and lift up the printer, look carefully for paper stuck, if not paper there pull out cartridge and inspect to samo piece of paper, just look carefully; in final open rear cover and look for a paper, good luck

Disassemble fuser and clean thermistor of dirt. Inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp, if something broken replace it.

the scanner matrix is burned out, replace the matrix

the problem is in laser module, disassemble laser module and clean dirt with cloth and alcohol, if no success replace laser module.

click on driver (between Manuals and Software) download the driver for printer, scanner etc...

the error that you got it shows that tha unit laser is faulty. The only way to remove the problem si to replace the laser unit, if you are not a tech or if you don`t have IT expertesse you must contact a tech.
