Go to the HP website, then the support section for your printer and download the manual/drivers/software.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your printer. Here are some things to check.

1) Is cartridge inserted correctly and all tape remove from cartridge?
2) Are both cartridges in correct chamber?
3) Have you tried unplugging and letting stand for a minute or two and then replugging? (Hard Reset)
4) Do you get any error message on your screen?
5) Is paper fed into paper tray and pushed all of the way back?
6) What if any error message do you get on the computer itself in printers inside coontrol panel?

1. If the printer is not off, press the Power button to turn it off.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
4. Unplug the universal serial bus (USB) cable from the back of the printer, if connected.
5. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the printer.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
7. Press the Power button to turn the printer on.
8. Ensure that the memory card has been removed from the memory card slot.
9. Make sure plain paper is loaded in the In Tray.
10. Hold down the OK button and press the Right arrow button four times.
11. If the test page prints, re-connect the USB cable to the printer.

Did you properly or surely remove the sealer on the cartridge? If you did it, then you should try the following below:
1) Take the cartridge off and put it back, make sure is in the right way.
2) Push the cleaner bar all the way were it belongs.
3) Press the "on" button for 10 seconds.
4) Disconnect the printer and have re-start.
5) Call a friend that knows about electronics.

Go to the HP website and download the driver OR you can go to Driverguide.com,

HP will also sell you a replacement disk, but the others are free downloads.

Just hook up the usb cable. You will need drivers follow this link to download them and then install them.

Hello sir; Check very carefully on the door hinge there have a door switch actuactor, make sure it's ok not broken or the senser is on right possition.

there should be: one printer, one power pack, installation cd, black and color ink

it is possible that the head of the printer is dirty or the head is damaged, are you using unversal catriged or the orginal if you using refills it is possible that you printer head has been damaged
