My Conlog Prepaid electricity Meter is showing a spanner and not bring in light. What should I do?
Question edited for clarity. It is 'Conlog', not 'cinlog'.
It means there is a technical fault. Phone the company that supplies your electricity. It is their meter and distribution network.
