Poor print quality
Make sure you are using genuine Lexmark cartridges. Lexmark products work best with original supplies. Lexmark does not recommend the use of refilled, re-manufactured, or clone cartridges. You might not get the print quality you expect from ink that is specially formulated by Lexmark.Check your cartridge ink levels. From the printer operator panel, go to Maintenance > View Ink Levels. Replace the cartridge that has low ink level. If your ink levels are still substantial for printing and you are using genuine Lexmark supplies, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for further assistance.

You can download teh drivers and software from the lexmark site. It is under driver and software updates.
My Lexmark X9350 "can't associate with wireless
Even though the printer says it supports WPA encryption, it does not. It will work if configured for the far less secure WEP.
This is the only answer that I have, unfortunately. The X9350 is a terrible machine.
I have a brand new lexmark x9350 multifunction
That is the cartridge carrier - it's not sold as a customer replaceable part, only the dealer has it. And since your printer is a brand new one it's clearly a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty.
Just take it back and have it fixed for free - do not attempt to do it yourself or you will void the warranty.

Try to insert a different known working cartridge to determine if the other is faulty. If the new one is faulty, please contact Lexmark technical support and have it replaced.
