With a printer/copier Ricoh spc221sf, giving code
sc400 is a process control error. Did you just replace the all-in-one toner cartridge? If so, take it back out and try again -- it might not have been in all the way. If the error still occurs, check the contacts between the toner cartridge and the machine -- they may have gotten bent or dirty.

Look at the leading edge of the paper that jams. Is there any damage or small bends. If yes something in that area must be blocking the paper and causing the jam. Look very close with a flash light. Also clean the feed rollers with a cloth with water 409 or fantastic NO alcohol.

Could not receive and send Fax
Sending faxes and revieng faxeng through a pbx you need te configure the pbx and youre fax too.( Dail a 0 before youre messages! ) You have to connect always on the pstn line on the 210sf even if you use a pbx.
The Ricoh spc210sf isn't supporting an pbx on isdn line!! Watch out for this because the isdn line is working on 24Volts!! Then you can blow youre fax modem of the spc210sf .
