at the back there should be a drip tray if this is full it will leak onto the floor it could be this, it could also be the drain in the fridge is blocked on the back there should be a self made into the back with a hole in it this is to go to the vapure, the part i was on about before, the tank is on top of the pump and its hot so turns the water in to vapour, usually there is not a lot of water but if the pipe becomes blocked it stores the water in the pipe and then lets it go in one full step over flowing the container. to clean the pipe out you can use a flex line or a net curtain rod, push it down and up the hole a few times the blockage will fool to the bottom or come out on the flex.

Its either your ice-maker or water valve. Open the back of the fridge and check the continuity of the solnoids of the water valve. If they are find you need a new ice-maker assembly

Hi, If the ice maker is overflowing, you will need to change the inlet valve. The inlet valve should only draw water when 120V is sent to the solenoid to open it. The inlet valve is located in back and has the water supply tube attached to it.

Look in the freezer side for a ice buildup on the back wall.
Ice= defrost parts issue.
Check the fan in the freezer. Is it running?
Not running? Could be a defrost thermostat issue or a bad fan motor.

What tends to happen is that service techs have certain common generic parts in their van, and rather than ordering a part to fit and have a return visit, they fit what they have. Install Water Filtration Cartridge (some

a. Remove bypass cartridge from water filter head in rear
right corner of refrigerator section. Twist cartridge
counterclockwise 1/4 turn and pull down to remove.
Save bypass for use at a later date.

Sharla, It could possibly be the ice maker rod that tells the ice maker whether it's full or not. If it's in the down position it wants to make ice and it'll make a clicking noise. Lift the rod up if it's down. Hopefully this helps!? Best to you.
