Lower the volume a little then unplug the speakers and touch the blank parts from the plug. Listen it both speakers give a hum. If so, you have to look in the computer. First check settings like volume and balance, then check you did plug in correct and if it is still only left, perhaps you have to replace the sound card. (or plug one in)

is this a sewing machine, posted from Germany to USA asking us yanks how to fix European sewing machines?
my guess is call the maker in your country , for support?
even use a phone?
