It sounds as though the frequencies are not matched up. Check the owners manual. This has happened to me a few times.

Pressing the sync button whilst holding the mic close to the IR unit on the receiver should sync things back up. If this has already been done things to try next are as follows. RF Mute. Press and release the power button. RF Mute should be displayed. Press the roccker switch and select RF mute OFF, press the rocker switch again. Check in the advanced menu that the pilot tone is on on the handheld AND the receiver.

We'd need to know more about the receiver than the mic, since it's the receiver that is muted. Muted means NO SOUND.

Hi,

It got nothing to do with the frequenty.
You can adjust the microphone gain in the handheld-menu. You can also adjust the receiver-output gain in his own menu.

Good luck,
Gerard

Hi kb

That is an odd encounter, and most probably one of the R.F.I. kind. Radio Frequency Inference can be caused by many things. Sometimes it can be a nearby piece of equipment creating that much interference, that the mics could not operate. It may have been a spurious mobile radio transmitter as used with two way radio for the cops, ambo's, firies,or even a nearby Cab!! Some times faulty light dimmers can also spray RF.
To what ever end, the fact that 4 mics went down together is indicative of an external problem, and being radio mics, it would have been radio interference.
The only other thing to check is that they are UHF. there are many VHF mic systems still about, but these frequencies are now being used as part of the soon to be introduced digital TV transmission. Best check that they are UHF, The VHF type have actually been illegal for a number of years Hope this info has helped you understand your problem. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Cheers

Hi Edgar, it is important that the receiver works, because there is a dialogue between the transmitter and the receiver to confirm that they are on the same frequency, that is why the transmitter is blinking, you should repair the receiver and look for the frequency or channel that the transmitter is found and it will stop flashing Hola Edgar, es importante que el receptor funcione, porque hay un dialogo entre el transmisor y el receptor para confirmar que est?n en la misma frecuencia, por eso es que el transmisor esta titilando, deber?as reparar el receptor y as? buscar la frecuencia o canal que se encuentra el transmisor y este dejara de titilar
