753 bobcat will not keep running.
Almost always the fuel filters. If the filters have been changed and the air is removed from fuel system it may be the pump. There should be a primer bulb in line with the fuel hose coming from the tank. Give that a squeeze and it should get hard if you have fuel pressure. If the primer bulb collapses when the machine dies that means there is something inside the suction tube located inside the tank. I have had this happen many times. You have to remove the suction tube from the tank to clean it out. DO NOT BLOW AIR INTO THE LINE. Good luck.
642 Bobcat Skid Steer runs but hydraulics do not work
If no hydraulics are operating then there may be a few things to look at. Check the hydraulic fluid level as drive and bucket controls are hydraulic based. The hydraulic pump is shaft driven by the hydrostatic pump. If the fluid level is not proper, this could cause symptoms. Air in the system is another factor but most systems are self purging.
There are filters in various points around the unit and are 40 micron. Main filter has s bypass should filter be clogged. However, the smaller filters do not. The hydraulic system stays at charge pressure and fluid flows through control valves until actuated. If a spool is stuck, it may be bypassing fluid not allowing pressure to build up. Should give a basic starting point to troubleshoot further.
Bobcat 863 code 4-15 engine shutdown when warms up
I would start with checking the oil level if full on oil I would check the wiring connections at the oil pressure sending switch and if that is not your issue then I would replace the oil pressure sending switch. its not a hard job and the switch is not very costly. If I recall mine was $63.00 Hope this helps.
My bobcat s 130 keeps blowing fuses
I will need to know a little more about your issue. What fuse is blowing? and do you have the correct fuse size? And is it blowing just as soon as the machine starts or does it blow after it has been running a little while?
