protect mode is normally when there is to much power running to the amp. if a fuse is blown it normally wont turn on. but take your fuses out hold them to a light and you will be able to see through the fuse. there will be two prongs that will be connected by a U shaped piece of metal. if that piece of metal is still in tacked the fuse is good. you should have a big fuse running with your major power. also check your ground if your ground is loose or has a bad connection. and make sure the the subs go to the amp. if the subs are drawing to much power from you amp it will go on safe mode as in if you have a 2 ohm amp and a 4 ohm speaker. i hope this helps you.

Hi disconnect everything, inputs speakers and leave power. If still in protect mode then there is a circuit problem, will have to send it in.

Your best bet would be to contact them at
[email protected] The shop where you bought the device should give you the manual. How will you install it if you don't have a guide.
