My Waterfull Light is blinking
Your unit is most likely a problem on the system board as the LED is not stable (always blinks). I suggest you check these boards for the possibility of panel unit having problems. If you are unfamiliar with the repairs, you are good to use offline as experts work to test for impairment requires existing expertise.
I can't seem to get the A/C to work. I'm thinking
The symtoms you describe appear to indicate that the AC might be low on the freon charge. Usually blowing cold and then hot is the first sign that the unit is low on refridgerant and is working hard to keep cooling.
Further, the tripping of the breakers/electric power also indicates that the unit is working hard to cool and as a result is running hot and is causing the power to trip off. If you can get a AC tech to recharge the unit, you should be all set.
Here's a link to a site with the owners manual and a troubleshooting guide for your unit. You can access it for free.

Red flashing light
Hello,
Had the same problem, thing shutting off after an hour, no water in the tank. I had the external tank attached, was always bone dry. What I didn't know was on the side, there is a slide out tray which acts as the internal tank. The lid to that tank activates a micro-switch which tells the unit that it's full. This tank was dry too, but the switch was getting jostled, casuing it to trip. I've taped down the switch now, and it's fine. I check the tank every few days, just to be safe, but it's never got any water in it. Hope this helps.
