Try a hard reset first: Unplug the oven or turn off its breaker for a minute or so, then set the clock & try it again.If it still fails, did the cooktop lights go out recently?It may need circuit board repair, which is usually economical.
It is not the fault with the fan but the trigger to the fan is shorted. It can be the DOOR SWITCH or the Transistor switch from the board. A fault or error on the processor cannot be ruled out. Clean the main board and reset.
l would not use it until you have it opened and inspected---there is always the possible chance of fire and no need to risk that---unplug it and do not use until it gets looked at.
someone needs to follow the voltage into the unit--- The voltage goes to fuse and then to inverter that drives the unit---fyi if unit is not real expensive a repair may not be practical----use some precautions if not familiar with this kind of appliance.
