Hi, my Danby DDW621WDB portable dishwasher is not cleaning/not working properly. I just found out that the sprayer arm is NOT moving at all. I don't know why? Any idea? how to fix etc? THANKS.

The water sprayer rotates counter clockwise, so small bowls should face away from you and saucers/plates should face to the right. Make sure the sprayer spins freely when off.

We just bought a Danby DDW1899WP portable dishwasher today. Ran it through one wash cycle without any dishes and it worked fine. Once we loaded it up with dishes to give it a go, it drained three times on the pre-wash cycle then stopped and just beeped with the drying cycle light flashing fast. We checked the blades, water pressure, water temperature and even flipped it upsides down to drain it. It won’t work!! Did we buy a dud?

How do I open door of the new 18 Danby dishwasher. This model has no latch under handle.

I assume you have gone through instructions supplied fully. You will have to contact, Danby directly, there should be contact information in the instructions.
