Is it powering ON ?
Which LED is glowing?
These leds are there on the front panel :

1 Power On/Standby button
2 System power LED
Green = Power on
Amber = System shut down, but power still applied
Off = No power

3 Internal health LED (Wave sign in BOX)
Green = Normal
Amber = System degraded. To identify the component in a degraded state, refer to system board LEDs.
Red = System critical. To identify the component in a critical state, refer to system board LEDs.
Off = Normal (when in standby mode)

4 External health LED (power supply)
Green = Normal
Amber = Power redundancy failure
Red = Critical power supply failure
5 NIC 1 activity LED Green = Network link
Flashing = Network link and activity
Off = No link to network.
6 UID LED Blue = Activated
Flashing = System remotely managed
Off = Deactivated
7 UID button

If it is Internal health led then any internal h/w issue is suspected.
If it is external health led then any power supply or power source related issue is suspected.
Also check the status of the server & its IML (Integrated Management Logs) in ilo (Integrated Lights Out ) if it is configured. (2nd RJ45 port in rear)

Also make sure the cabinet is properly closed.

ram errors or harddrive failure

Try to disable boot to other device on your bios setting.

Make sure that your Smart Raid is set on the first boot device.

This happens allot when the Operating system has had an update, have you tried clearing the cmos , to load the operating system and disable the other driver , i have noticed that within the Computer Management Table that if you click on Device Management, then click on Display Adapters, their is sometimes two, if your resolution is set higher than that of the other driver that is not capable of such resolutions, then you get exactly what your describing , to solve this , clear the c-mos and, it will use the default to load the system, remeber to disable the other before you restart the machine , i know this is an issue but it may not exactley be the issue you have but its a Start , please let me know if you have any other issues

It could be because the disk is not a part of any array. Log into the server and go to the array controller utility from HP and check for any unassigned disks. It will be displayed there rather than the diskmanagement window.

Put RAM's in Identical form and check.
clear NVRAM and Check.
check the array controller
update BIOS and Array controller firmware ( disconnect HDD's from the cage before
updating the latest Firmware( download from hp.com/support and drivers )

Reshuffling disks will disturb the Logical drive .Recreate RAID Install OS , Set the Boot controller order in system bios Pressing F10key

The system is not designed to use IDE hard drives which why you are getting a blue screen. It is designed to use SCSI hard drives and IDE CD/DVD drives. It might be possible to go into the server's BIOS setup and change the boot device from the onboard SCSI controller to the IDE controller. It is very likely that you will have to disconnect all SCSI devices to boot to IDE, if it is possible.

Open the case. Power up and look for internal LED that corresponds with warning light number 2 on main board.

Number 3 is power.

Select sever 2003 and select network.

But here is only drivers for server 2003.

The driver will probably work fine if it is a 32 bit system.
