How to create network terminal system
As in like a Citrix solution for home? You can setup RDP through windows which is a remote connection to another system on your network. You can do this by clicking Start > Run then typing MSTSC and hitting okay. You can then type the name of the other computer and it should prompt you for credentials. You may need to do a bit of setup on the remote computer first, such as adding your network username and password into the remote users group (right click my computer, choose manage, local users and groups, groups
I have just come into possession of 5 e200 w/out power cord.
If it is NEW that is from the factory as opposed to new to you it should come with out a power cord or power adaptor.
A good guess is if it is externally powered it will want a 12 volt supply.
One way of finding out is to examine carefully the the power input socket.
If it is a small co-axial one with a square in square symbol with an indication witch is the 'live' pole then it is a low voltage from an external supply.
This being so- a Universal stabilized power supply should do it.
These come with a slider switch for various voltages, and a strip of connectors also colour coded at the tip.
Also the various sizes match various voltages
this means that one connector one voltage.
So when you have got a supply pack take a connector on its own not attached to the cord and offer it to the power input.
The one that fits is the one you want - so select the voltage to the appropriate colour.
It is possible it may not work
All you have to do then is unplug the connector from the cord and reverse the polarity.

Dell Precision M4600 will not go past POST, Stops at Preparing to enter setup
If your Dell Precision M4600 is getting stuck at the "Preparing to enter setup" stage during POST, you might want to try a few troubleshooting steps.
1. **Power Cycle:** Disconnect the laptop from the power source, remove the battery (if possible), and hold down the power button for about 15 seconds. Then, reconnect the battery and power source and try booting again.
2. **Reset BIOS:** You could try resetting the BIOS settings to their default values. To do this, look for a small button battery on the motherboard. Disconnect the laptop from power and remove the battery. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to discharge any remaining power. Then, locate the battery, remove it for a minute or so, and put it back. This will reset the BIOS settings to default.
3. **Update BIOS:** If the issue persists, you might need to update the BIOS. Check the Dell support website for your laptop model and download the latest BIOS update. Follow the instructions to update the BIOS.
4. **Check Hardware:** If the issue is not resolved, it might be related to a hardware problem. Try removing and reseating components like RAM, hard drive, and any expansion cards.
5. **External Devices:** Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, external hard drives, printers, etc.) and try booting again. Sometimes, a faulty external device can cause boot issues.
6. **Diagnostic Lights:** Dell laptops often have diagnostic LED lights that provide information about hardware issues. Check the user manual for your laptop model to interpret these lights.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be worth seeking professional assistance or contacting Dell support for further guidance.

How do you connect 3 monitors on an Optiplex 7010,Dell 7010 has 2 DP ports built in and 1 Vga port
To connect three monitors to a Dell Optiplex 7010, you can use the built-in DisplayPort (DP) ports and the VGA port. Here's how you can set it up:
- Check the available video ports: As you mentioned, the Dell Optiplex 7010 has two DisplayPort (DP) ports and one VGA port. Make sure all three monitors support at least one of these connection types.
- Connect the first monitor: Use a DisplayPort cable to connect the first monitor to one of the DP ports on the Optiplex 7010. Ensure that both ends of the cable are securely plugged in.
- Connect the second monitor: Connect the second monitor to the other DisplayPort (DP) port on the Optiplex 7010, using another DisplayPort cable.
- Connect the third monitor: Since the Optiplex 7010 has only two DP ports, you'll need to use the VGA port for the third monitor. Connect the third monitor to the VGA port using a VGA cable.
- Configure display settings: Once all three monitors are connected, you'll need to configure the display settings to extend the desktop across all monitors. Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" (Windows) or "System Preferences" -> "Displays" (macOS). From there, you should be able to set the arrangement and orientation of the displays.
Note: When using multiple monitors, it's important to consider the graphics capabilities of your computer. The Optiplex 7010 might have limitations on the maximum resolution and refresh rate it can support across multiple displays. Check the specifications of your specific Optiplex 7010 model to ensure it can handle three monitors simultaneously.
If you encounter any issues or limitations, you may need to consider using additional hardware, such as a DisplayPort splitter or an external graphics card, to connect and support three monitors.
