Phipips pfl3403/12 no stand by-remote not working
Use your cellphone camera and point the remote into the camera lens, does not have to be close, you should see the light come on as you push buttons on the remote. if the remote is working you will see a white light on the cell phone screen.

Two red blinks of the power red light
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. My tv does not come on only blue screen
Power supply is working but for whatever reason set is not detecting any signal---try all rear inputs to see if the same--It is possible (Philips could tell you with the model number) the set may have some common issue or even a manual reset to correct this.

Tv LCD Screen panel now is crack or broken?Yes,tv can't be repair only can be replacing the LCD screen panel itself.Sorry tv now only worth as a salvage tv only for it electronic boards for parts,that it.Because tv will cost the same as a new tv,if tv require a new LCD screen panel.

MY 32" LCD PHILIPS KEEPS CLICKING AND SWITCHING ON
tomlyndlevjo, Possible failure of internal "switch-mode-power-supply" board in tv. Remote not bad or intermittant!!! SMPS board is detecting "fault condition" and goes into "shutdown mode" to try and "save itself" from catastrophic, nonrecoverable failure. e.g. sparks, smoke, fire!!! If warranty no longer valid option for you, then you or qualified electronics technician will need to investigate SMPS board to find cause as to why SMPS cycles in/out of "shutdown mode" 12fixlouie
