cooling fans can be bought at any electronic parts supply house, all you need is its measurements and voltage type and voltage level, ex: 25x25x10 110v ac. 25mm long 25mm wide 10mm thick 110 volts and ac voltage. most of the newer fans are measured metric but not all. ebay also has a tremendous number of fans available, that is where i have gotten the last few iv'e needed. good luck.

hi caps don't have to be swollen to be fault that blinking light means you have no 5 volt standby, you need to check diodes capacitors transistors resistors may be best to look for a tech in your area, hope you get it working regards shaun

its possible something in this DLP is on the lens that projects the picture onto the screen or the mirror (do not touch it) or between the lens and the inside of the screen---anything will if there show up in the picture.In some cases I have used compressed air to dust these out but carefully.
