Hi, It's the thermostat that's failed. You'll need to buy a replacement unit, then fit it into the fridge. If you can do this yourself, by all means get on with it. If you can't do this yourself, you'll need to pay an engineer to do this for you, or let everything freeze.? best of luck

Open the door and at the bottom is a plastic base grille. That needs to be removed and the coils are behind it. Under evaporator in freezer section

Replace the defrost timer. That will fix your problem.

Most likely temperature control thermostat needs replacing. Also check damper between fridge and freezer. If mechanical, adjust where less air is going in fridge section. If not mechanical, but electric, damper door may not be closing.

Cold freezer air is not properly being diverted to refrigerator section. Check out damper and controls for same.
