What noise of fan
Time to replace the processor fan. It is best to get a new one before the laptop over heats.

Check with the driver whether its installed correctly,and after that insert headphone jack in the headphone slot, if you are able to hear any sound then replace your laptop builtin speakers if no then there might be problem with the audio chip on the laptop board

dis assemble your laptop and remove cell. then start your laptop without cell. after clearing p/word, insert the cell.

deepak,You can create an administrator password by creating an administrator account in Windows. You can also add a BIOS password by entering the bios. I can not find my laptop driver software.
You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site,the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. My laptop screen is getting white

I cannot connect to my home wireless network
First of all you may try to check the adapter settings on your computer.
Start>control panel>network and sharing center>adapter settings>check status of broadband(should be connected)
If not right click on broadband connetio and click on connect if still showing as disconnected
You may also check internet option settings.
open IE>tools]nternet options?>connection tab>tick on never dial a connection.
Click on LAN settings tick on automatically detect settings>ok
You may also check for the if the driver for your wireless broadand is working by checking it on device manager.
Try to check if broadband is working on the other computer.
